You will be making Pepian, Jocon, Tamales, Tamalitos de Chipilin & 3 types of tortillas. Elevate your cooking skills and learn how to apply them when cooking. Finish with a tropical dessert inspired by native fruits.

You will be drinking all the wine you want + some traditional Guatemalan spirits available to enjoy during the class.
